What We Find on the Roof
For roughly 99% of the homes we work on in the Port Charlotte area, the dryer vent terminates on the roof — and that's where we find the most surprises. Bird nests, corroded caps, crushed terminations, and blockages that have been building for years. We go up on every single job, no exceptions, because this is where the most serious problems hide.

The Lint We Remove
This is the part that surprises homeowners the most — the sheer volume of lint that comes out of a vent that's never been professionally cleaned, or hasn't been touched in years. Every one of these photos is from an actual dryer vent cleaning job, not a stock image.

Repairs & Issues Found During Cleaning
Not every job is just cleaning. Here's a look at some of the disconnected ducts, damaged vent covers, and improper vent material we've found and repaired on dryer vent systems across Southwest Florida homes.

Clean Vents. Happy Customers.
The best part of the job — seeing a system working the way it should, and a homeowner who finally understands what was going on behind their dryer or up on their roof. These are completed dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning jobs from real homes in our service area.

Think Your Vent Needs Cleaning?
If your dryer vent or air ducts haven't been cleaned in a few years — or you're not sure when they last were — call Scott or Wyatt. We'll give you an honest look at what your system needs, and if there's more to the story than a cleaning, we'll show you exactly what we find, just like we do on every job.
