Dryer Vent Cleaning in North Port, FL
North Port has changed more than any city in our service area since we started in 2013. Whole neighborhoods have gone up in the West Villages, and builders are still adding more. Scott and Wyatt have been cleaning dryer vents and air ducts here the entire time, in older homes off Price Boulevard and brand-new builds alike.
What we see most in newer North Port homes is builder-grade venting. The dryer vent often runs a long way through the attic with more turns than it needs, installed quickly while the rest of the house was going up. It works on day one, but that kind of run collects lint fast — and most owners don't think about it until drying times start creeping up.

Your North Port Neighbors

We've been voted a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave three years running — 2022, 2024, and 2025. That award is decided by the people who live here, not a directory listing or a paid ranking, and a good share of those votes come from North Port homeowners.
North Port is a short drive from our home base, so we're in town often. When you call, you get Scott or Wyatt directly. And if something comes up after the job, you're calling the same people who did the work — not a 1-800 number.
Our Services in North Port

Long, builder-grade vent runs in newer North Port homes clog faster than most owners expect. We clean the full run and check the roof cap on every visit — starting at $109.

New-construction dust plus an AC that runs most of the year adds up in North Port duct systems. We clean the full system so your air handler isn't working against buildup.

From a vent that was never fully connected during the build to crushed flexible duct behind the dryer, we fix what's actually wrong — not just what's clogged.

A Father & Son Team
About Scott & Wyatt
Scott moved to Port Charlotte in 2005, and Wyatt grew up just down the road from North Port. When they're not on a roof checking a vent cap, you'll usually find them fishing — out on Charlotte Harbor or closer to home on the Myakka River.
This isn't a franchise or a corporate rollup. It's a father and son who live here, raised their family here, and built a business one Southwest Florida home at a time.

Serving North Port Since 2013.
